Queen Valley Mule Ranch offers several options for stall space, camping, and bunkhouse accommodations for you and your mule during our clinics and individualized training. We are a working ranch and are not open to the public for trail riding and camping.
For clinics held outside of our ranch, please contact the clinic host for information on accommodations and questions about the surrounding area.
Staying at Queen Valley Mule Ranch
When you book a private clinic with Steve Edwards you are welcome to stay at Queen Valley Mule Ranch in the Mule Ranch Bunkhouse.
*Booking accommodations are only available for those participating in training sessions. We cannot accommodate bed & breakfast type stays.
The ranch backs right up against the beautiful mountains and delivers the true beauty of the Arizona desert.
Our two bunkhouses are available starting at $65 a night. If you are are looking to book for multiple nights, be sure to call Steve to get multi-night pricing, 602-999-6853.
Bunkhouses include the following:
- Shared laundry room
- Basic ‘hotel’ amenities
- Air conditioning
- Heating
If you would like to travel to the ranch with your RV, Spot Full Hook up is also available at $15 a night.

All of us at Queen Valley Mule Ranch love mules, donkeys, horses, dogs, cats, and other companion animals—and we understand why many people like to take their pets with them when they travel.
Because of the size of Queen Valley Mule Ranch, the presence of mules and donkeys, the magnitude of the training environment and restrictions imposed by our insurance company, dogs and other companion animals cannot be permitted at Queen Valley Mule Ranch. Attendees will not be permitted to bring dogs or other pets into the ranch.
We strongly encourage you to leave your pet at home and make other arrangements for your pet’s care rather than keeping it in your vehicle in the parking lot at the ranch.
Note: Queen Valley Mule Ranch will comply with federal, state, and local laws pertaining to service dogs and will grant access for these animals in accordance with all applicable laws.
