Shipping & Delivery

Orders from muleranch.com are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping cost is made available on the checkout page after shipping location has been added and is quoted for UPS Ground shipping or United States Postal Service in most cases. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.

Orders for products which are in stock are fulfilled within 7 days of being paid. For products which are out of stock, orders will be fulfilled as soon as inventory becomes available.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES can be made once your order is placed. Please be sure of what you are ordering and verify everything is correct before placing your order.

At Queen Valley Mule Ranch we understand how important your equine is to you and you want the best for them. Before making any purchase, if you are unsure if you are getting the correct item for your mule or donkey or still have questions, please contact us.
