How do I access digital video purchases?

All digital videos are available in the digital video library. Here are the instructions to find the library.

Step 1

Select My Account & Orders from the top menu.

Step 2a

Log in to your account using your customer email address and the password you set.

Step 2b

If you forgot your password, you can click the Lost your password? option to reset it.

Please check your inbox and spam folder for the reset instruction email.

Step 3

Look for the Watch Videos option on the dashboard and click it. It is the second box under My Account.

Step 4

You’ll see all the videos you have access to, type in the name of the video you would like to watch or your most recent purchase and it will appear. Click Watch Now to get started with that video.
