Refund Policy


NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES can be made once your order is placed, with a few limited exceptions (incorrect size or product was damaged). If the product has been worn by the animal, there are no returns. Please be sure of what you are ordering and verify everything is correct before placing your order.

At Queen Valley Mule Ranch we understand how important your equine is to you and you want the best for them. We want to work with you to make sure you get the right item. Before making any purchase, if you are unsure if you are getting the correct item for your mule or donkey or still have questions, contact us.
